We do NOT have a card facility, all payments are to be made via EFT, cash deposit or via the online booking system.

When booking more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The balance is to be paid via EFT no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

No cash on arrival will be accepted.

If you fail to pay the balance you will forfeit your deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.

When booking within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is payable to secure the booking.

No booking will be secured without payment.

No refunds will be made under any circumstances if cancelling within the 2 week period before arrival – no exceptions!

By securing your booking, you agree that no refund will be given in the event of a natural disaster such as flooding.

Please make prior arrangements should you need to check in very early or late in the evening.

No  – all rooms and meals are self-catering. There is however an onsite mini-store for small items.
